Cutchsoft launches Cheque Management SoftwareFurther plans to create a software suite for small & medium businesses
Cutchsoft Private Limited (Cutchsoft), the technology arm of Cutch Group, unveiled its new Windows-based Cheque Management application, Cheque Strategic Office Software (Cheque SOS) in Kochi today. Cheque SOS provides a comprehensive management function which includes cheque printing and aims to avoid preventable mismanagement of cheques. Cutchsoft is planning to expand its distribution network throughout India.
Yasser Rahman, Managing Director of Cutchsoft said, “The software helps manage the entire cheque cycle of the organization and it’s a simple to use software that will help the user print cheques directly from one’s home or office printer. In addition, it provides a professional edge to the small and medium businesses. The most obvious benefit is that it produces printed cheques that are legible since, the user doesn’t have to handwrite the cheque. It not only saves time but also helps the user eliminate any errors.”
Designed for small and medium businesses, the software helps organize, print and track the cheques issued by the company. Aimed at increasing efficiency of a company’s financial dealings, the interface not only saves time for writing and managing individual cheques but also eliminates human-error while writing them.
Zaheer Rafiq, Director of Cutchsoft said “We have already unveiled Cheque SOS in Tamil Nadu and we have got tremendous response for distributorship and the turn over have been quiet good. The interface allows the user to type all the cheque elements including payee, date, amount, a/c payee only, bearer, and place of issues. The printed cheque is ready to issue once signed. In the chequebook, user can easily create cheque with pre-defined cheque number. The user can print a series of cheques in a batch by specifying the account and the cheque numbers.
The software keeps master record of customer, statement of cheque book usage and bank account etc. The software allows the user to keep records and details of all bank accounts and the cheques issued using this software by default.
One of the unique features of the software is that it automatically converts the amount entered in numbers to words thereby eliminating the possibility of making any mistake. The software allows the user to track all the cheques issued and supports different types of printers Laser, Inkjet and Dot-Matrix printers.
